Hermann Goering
Hermann Goering was born in the German Empire on January 29th, 1893. Goering had one daughter with Emmy Sonnemann. Goering served in World War I first in the infantry unit and later as a pilot. Goering then joined the Nazi Party, in 1922, and was given command of the SA unit. Goering was appointed by Hitler in 1933 the Minister if Reich Commissioner of Aviation. In a push for Germany to gain more resources Goering tried to get Austria to be incorporated into the Reich. During World War II, Goering was very connected and supported to Adolf Hitler. Throughout the war Goering was a great leader in the military and tried to help in gaining control over other countries. Goering was tried in court for war crimes and prosecuted to hang to death as a criminal, however the night before his hanging he swallowed poison and died on October 15th, 1946.
