Dorothea Binz
Dorothea Binz was born on March 16th, 1920. Binz began her work in concentration camps by helping with laundry and kitchen duties. From 1943-1945 Binz became Deputy Chief Warden, in this position Binz trained some of the cruelest women guards throughout the camps. Throughout the camps Binz was known to always carry a whip and constantly be beating, kicking, or whipping prisoners. In May of 1947, Binz was tried for war crimes and sentenced to death.
